Beate’s Savory Glute-Free Casein-Free Biscotti

I put 1/4 flax seeds, 1/2 almonds and 1/4 coconut flour in the processor and  ground them up. Added baking powder, salt, herbs, caraway, a teaspoon of coconut oil and 4 eggs. It was a sticky dough, I let it sit since the coconut sucks up moisture, then rolled it out into a flat loaf and cut into 1/4 slices diagonally. Baked at 375 for 15 mins each side and then let them cool in the oven to get crunchy.
